Old hardware working in Window 10 without new drivers Just wanted to let y'all know that I just did an in-place upgrade from Windows 7 bit to Windows 10 bit , expecting that my old Mackie ONYX F Firewire interface and my M-Audio FastTrack Pro would be non-functional since there are not going to be any new drivers published for either.
However, to my delight, both are functioning fine so far with the latest and last Windows 7 drivers. Posts in other forums warned of problems and bemoaned the lack of continuing support for these products.
One forum suggested the Vista drivers would work for the Onxy f and F , but they did not. Rolling back to my Windows 7 drivers worked fine.
